Due to the nature of these services and the associated expenses that we incur on behalf of our clients, such as advertising spend, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Refunds for services rendered

Services provided by Two Dot Media LLC are non-refundable after the first month of service. This policy applies to all our digital services, including but not limited to:

• Digital marketing campaigns
• Social media management
• Website design and development
• Advertising campaign management (including any third-party advertising costs)

2. Rationale for no refunds

Given the digital nature of our services and the customized strategies developed for each client, it is essential to note that significant time, resources, and expenditures (such as third-party ad spend) are often committed within the first month of engagement. For this reason, once services have commenced, refunds are not typically available.

Additionally, advertising fees and other expenses are often prepaid to third-party platforms, and such costs are non-refundable. As such, any request for refunds would need to be evaluated with these external factors in mind.

3. Exceptions and discretionary refunds

While it is our standard policy not to issue refunds after the first month of service, Two Dot Media LLC reserves the right to review and assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Two Dot Media LLC, particularly in the event of extenuating circumstances or service issues. However, this will be an exception and not the rule.

Clients should understand that any consideration of refunds will only apply to services directly provided by Two Dot Media LLC and does not extend to third-party fees or advertising spend incurred during the course of the engagement.

4. Agreement to terms

By making a payment on any invoice from Two Dot Media LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this refund policy. This acknowledgment is considered a binding agreement between the client and Two Dot Media LLC, and acceptance of the terms is a condition of payment.
