This policy explains what Two Dot Media LLC collects, why we use it, when we disclose it, and the choices available to website visitors, prospects, clients, and people whose information we process while providing marketing services.
1. Scope and acceptance
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by Two Dot Media LLC, referred to as “Two Dot Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” through twodotmedia.com, our communications, our client onboarding and billing activities, and the digital advertising, website, review-request, lead-delivery, reporting, consulting, and related services we provide.
By checking the consent box and submitting the contact form, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described here. You also authorize us to call, text, or email you at the contact information you provide about your request. That authorization is not a condition of purchasing services and does not authorize automated promotional messages where separate consent is required by law.
This policy also applies to personal information handled during an ongoing client relationship, including information collected before the effective date, to the extent permitted by law. If we materially change how we use information from an existing client, we may provide additional notice or request consent when required.
Our Terms of Service govern use of the website and our services. A signed proposal, order form, statement of work, data-processing agreement, or other written contract may impose additional or different requirements and will control if it conflicts with this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect information you submit or communicate to us, including:
- name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and contact preferences;
- business name, website, industry, service area, and information about your marketing needs;
- messages, call notes, emails, text messages, form submissions, meeting details, and customer-support communications;
- account access, approvals, campaign instructions, creative materials, logos, photographs, testimonials, reviews, and other content provided for our work;
- billing contacts, invoice details, payment status, transaction history, and limited payment-account information supplied by a payment processor; and
- any other information you choose to provide.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, health information, full payment-card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive personal information through the website form.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website, we and our service providers may automatically collect internet and device information such as your IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, links selected, date and time of access, campaign attribution parameters, cookie identifiers, and security or diagnostic events.
Information from clients, platforms, and other sources
We may receive information from advertising platforms, analytics providers, website hosts, customer relationship management systems, communications providers, payment processors, business directories, public sources, referral partners, and clients that authorize us to manage their marketing. This may include campaign and audience information, leads, customer communications, review activity, website activity, performance data, and account identifiers.
3. How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries, schedule calls, prepare proposals, onboard clients, and provide support;
- create, manage, measure, and improve advertising campaigns, websites, lead delivery, review requests, reporting, and related services;
- deliver leads and service communications to the appropriate client or authorized recipient;
- manage accounts, permissions, invoices, payments, billing reminders, renewals, and cancellations;
- understand website use, attribute inquiries, measure marketing performance, and improve our website and services;
- detect spam, fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems;
- maintain records, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, collect amounts owed, and protect our rights and the rights of others;
- comply with law, court orders, subpoenas, regulatory requests, and other legal obligations; and
- carry out another purpose disclosed when the information is collected or otherwise permitted with your consent.
We may create aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual. We may use and disclose that information for reporting, analysis, service improvement, and other lawful purposes, and we will not attempt to reidentify it except as permitted by law.
4. Cookies, analytics, advertising, and form security
Our website uses cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. Google Tag Manager helps us manage website tags, and the Meta Pixel helps us understand visits, measure advertising, and build or evaluate audiences. Depending on the tags active in our Google Tag Manager container, Google Analytics or similar measurement tools may also process website activity. These providers may associate activity on our site with information they receive from other websites, apps, accounts, or devices under their own policies.
We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising and analytics technologies may, however, be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under some state privacy laws. Where applicable, you may request to opt out by following the process in Section 9. You may also block or delete cookies through your browser and adjust advertising preferences through your Google or Meta account. Blocking cookies may affect attribution, embedded media, or parts of the website.
Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish legitimate inquiries from automated abuse. Google may collect device, network, and interaction information for that security check under Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
6. Information processed for clients
Some services require us to process leads, customer contact details, campaign data, communications, reviews, or similar information on a client’s behalf. In that context, the client determines why the information is processed and is responsible for its own privacy notices, permissions, and legal compliance. We process the information to provide the client-authorized services, follow documented instructions, secure the systems involved, and satisfy our legal obligations.
If your information was collected for one of our clients, direct your request to that client first. We will assist the client with a verified request when required by contract or law. We may also direct your request to the client if the client is the party responsible for the information.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. The period depends on the length of the client or prospect relationship, the nature and sensitivity of the information, operational and backup requirements, limitation periods, recordkeeping and tax obligations, unresolved disputes, fraud-prevention needs, and applicable law. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it until deletion is practicable.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and protected service-to-service connections where appropriate. No transmission, storage system, or security control is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, lost, altered, or disclosed without authorization.
8. Children and international use
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not direct our marketing to children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
Two Dot Media operates in the United States. If you access the website or provide information from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other places where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask us to stop marketing emails, texts, or calls. Use the unsubscribe instruction in an email, reply STOP to a marketing text, tell the caller, or contact us. We may still send non-marketing communications about an inquiry, account, invoice, security matter, or active service relationship.
Depending on your residence and the law that applies to us, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, certain profiling, or a sale or sharing of personal information. You may also have the right to use an authorized agent, appeal a denied request, and receive service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.
Submit a request through our contact form and write “Privacy Request” in the message, or call (817) 886-3339. To appeal a decision, use the form and write “Privacy Appeal” with an explanation of your concern. We may verify your identity, authority, and jurisdiction before acting. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If an appeal is denied, you may contact the privacy or consumer-protection authority in your state.
Verification protects your information. Do not send a Social Security number, government identification document, password, or full payment-card number with a privacy request. We will ask only for information reasonably needed to locate records and verify the request.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, vendors, or legal obligations. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively after posting or after any additional notice required by law. Continued use of services after notice of a material change constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
